Going Home & Bad Karma

  • Eating: Lasagna (I wish I had some garlic bread with it.)
  • Drinking: Iced Tea
On February I started running… again. On March I injured my knee… again. So now the plan is going back home (Puerto Rico) where I used to live. It’s been kind of shitty here in New England, even though I love it here. Is just the people in it that I don’t like much. So back to my knee – hurts like hell! I think something is broken in there I dunno. You maybe asking yourself why not go to see a doctor? Well to answer you that question easily, it’s just because I don’t have health plan. So I’m wishing right now I was in Europe or Canada, were you can get a Universal Health Care plan or something. So if I go to the ER (emergency room) here in US, they probably see my knee and say “oh looks fine to me, here you go – some Tylenol for your knee.” WHOT? Anyways.

So we (as me and my fiancée) are ready to go back to PR. We try this fabulous place called Connecticut, and didn’t work out. Now we are facing more problems. We cannot leave this apartment until the lease is over (3 months left). WTF? (as what the f*ck?) I can’t pay the rent no more, but they are obligating me to stay and pay three more months? Right!

God Bless America… I guess.

Can you just slip over to Quebec or Ontario? Believe me, the health care that we have here DOES WORK! I sure hope that the U.S. gets health care soon. Almost every American that I hear from agrees that it is necessary.

I would love it if my fiancee would help see the brighter things in any place we live, instead of always wishing to be somewhere else or that somewhere else is better. Did you still not learn your lesson?

P.S. As far as your knee, you will get better if you just follow recommendations. It's simpler than what you think.

Nada como Puerto Rico, la gente se queja mucho.. pero los americanos y su forma de ser no cuadran conmigo.

Para seguir con mi "rant" si, los americanos tienen muchas pendejases y son mas hipocritas que cualquier otra raza. Aqui trabaje con africanos super cheveres.

Oh y las otras razas hispanas que viven aca tienen "issues" con los boricuas, ya que nosotros ya nacemos con la ciudadania mientras que en otras partes de america latina no. Escuche pestes de colombianos y peruanos decir barbaridades de los boricuas.

My sympathies abound! We need to find some seeds for Health Care plants and plant them all over this country, because...*sigh* I highly doubt our politicians will ever care that we don't have money for doctors after paying all our other bills! I hope your knee feels better soon!
